What is the return policy?
Because each item is handmade and often personalized, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out! I want you to love your piece.
When will I get my order?
We are a one woman show! For personalized pieces, we will send you a mockup of the final product within 1-3 days. Please allow for up to a week for processing after.
What if an item is sold out?
Most Birdie pieces are one-of-a- kind! But don't worry, we will have new drops often!
